Recipe for Tuxedo Cake

Cake Base:
All-purpose flour: 250g
Granulated sugar: 200g
Butter: 200g
Eggs: 4 large (about 200g)
Baking powder: 10g
Milk: 120g
Vanilla extract: 5g

Decoration:
Fondant/Icing (blue, white): 500g
Edible Silver Beads (optional): 30g
Food Coloring: As needed (for detailed designs)
Bow tie, buttons, and flower toppers: Made from fondant or chocolate
Instructions:

1.Prepare the Cake Batter:

-Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

-Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

-Sift the flour and baking powder together, then fold them into the wet mixture alternately with milk.

-Stir in vanilla extract.

 

2.Bake the Cake:

-Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour two round or heart-shaped pans.

-Pour the batter evenly into the pans and bake for about 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

-Let the cakes cool completely before decorating.

3.Decorate the Cake:

 

-Cover the cakes with a base layer of white fondant or icing.

-Add the blue fondant over the larger cake to form the tuxedo, including the lapel, bow tie, and buttons.

-Decorate the heart-shaped cake with white icing and the letter “M” using piped royal icing or fondant.

-Add final touches like edible beads, flowers, or other elegant decorations.
